Piano Competition

RULES AND REGULATIONS


The competition will be held in Budapest on 29-30 July 2019 and is open to piano soloists with any nationality.

6 or under
Registration Fees – USD80
Repertoire: 6 mins Max – free choice of pieces

10 or under
Registration Fees – USD80
Repertoire: 10 mins Max – free choice of pieces by specified composers*

15 or under
Registration Fees – USD80
Repertoire: 8 mins Max – free choice of pieces by specified composers *

18 or under
Registration Fees – USD80
Repertoire: 10 mins Max – free choice of pieces by specified composers *

19 or above
Registration Fees – USD80
Repertoire: 10 mins Max – free choice of pieces by specified composers *


Professional Category (No age limit)
Registration Fees – USD80
Repertoire: 20-25 mins Max – free choice of pieces by specified composers*

(One of the pieces should be written by Liszt)

Grand Slam Prizes

Age 10 or under
Prizes:
• 1st Prize 100euro

Age 18 or under
Prizes:
• 1st Prize 300euro

Age 19 or above (Must have attended professional category and age category too)
Prizes:
• 1st Prize 600 euro

First prize of each category will be not divided.
It will be possible to share second and third prize, dividing also the economic prizes.
